Account information: when you sign up with email or with Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address and profile picture (if available). We only request basic profile and email access from Google — we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.

Content you upload: product photos and the descriptions or instructions you enter to generate images, plus the images we generate for you.

Usage information: your plan, credits used, and saved projects, so the service can work for your account.

Technical information: basic logs such as browser type and IP address, used for security and to keep the service running.

To generate the AI images you request and keep them available in your account.

To track your plan and usage limits.

To respond to support requests and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

If you sign in with Google, we use your Google name, email and profile picture only to create and identify your OpenStudios AI account. This data is not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to run sign-in and hosting, and it is not used for advertising or to train AI models.

We use trusted providers to host the website, store data and process AI image generation. Your uploaded photos and instructions are sent to our AI provider only to produce your requested images. These providers may process data only on our behalf.

Uploaded files are kept in private storage that only your account can access. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep your account data and images for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us; we will process the request within a reasonable time.

You can access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

OpenStudios AI is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
